SPRINT v2 involved in recruitment award.

For the second time in as many years, SPRINT has helped a major customer win a nomination as a finalist in the London & South East Recruitment Awards, sponsored by the REC, for Innovative Use of Technology.

This latest nomination is for Step Ahead's use of SPRINT v2.  The solution is used to manage the entirety of a major charity's recruitment activity nationwide, encompassing numerous regional client centres and supplier companies.

Using the SPRINT online staff procurement system as the main recruitment tool, the solution provides -

  • Online placement of job orders for
  • permanent, contract and temporary staff
  • Audited approval processes
  • Macmillan branded recruitment micro-site for candidate registrations and job application management
  • Flexible route to market management for permanent vacancy adverts
  • Weekly job alert emails for registered candidates
  • Full online timesheet management for temporary staff
